Recipes for a Sparkling Holiday

1 large bunch cilantro
3-4 cloves garlic
1 Serrano chili (or any green chili to your liking)
½ cup skinned peanuts
5-6 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste.
- Then blend to creamy consistency.
- Use this as a sandwich spread or dip and enjoy with any finger foods!
Diane recommends them with seafood, and Colleen loves them with tiny cocktail samosas.
