Recipe for CILANTRO PEANUT CHUTNEY

Ingredients

1 large bunch cilantro

3-4 cloves garlic

1 Serrano chili (or any green chili to your liking)

½ cup skinned peanuts

5-6 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Salt to taste.
  2. Then blend to creamy consistency.
  3. Use this as a sandwich spread or dip and enjoy with any finger foods!

Diane recommends them with seafood, and Colleen loves them with tiny cocktail samosas.
